Heart Horse??

Ive seen this term a few times. Could someone explain to me what it is?

Basically, it's a horse that has a slight edge if trained correctly and in the right discipline. If you have two horses that are identical, down to the smallest training detail, and one is a heart horse and one isn't, the heart horse will win more times than the non-heart horse. It does not make a horse unbeatable, or make a poorly trained horse a champion. But it gives a well-trained horse just a little boost over the competition.

how do i get a heart horse?

Get lucky.. Every horse born has a chance at being a heart horse. Foals born from two heart horses have a better chance. There is no way to know for sure you have a heart horse. You might surmise a horse is a heart horse if everything about a horse is the same as its competition, but it still wins more.

Oh okay.. so there isnt any way to know that a horse is a 100% heart horse. Correct? Sorry im just trying to make sure i understand.

Not for us. Nef is the only one who knows and she's not going to start confirming heart horses because then everyone would be asking if every winning horse is one.
