Orbis Worlds?

Hi dont mean to be a pain but is Orbis world not working right or is Nef just super busy. I have 2 support messages one of which is 21 days and i didn't know if was my account or just Nef is swamped?

I think she must be swamped, I have an issue with my latest pesonal breed & started a ticket about it and haven't gotten a response yet, it's been just over a week, so while that hasn't been nearly as long as your wait it is still much longer than I usually have to wait for an answer!

she is usually pretty busy during sales... and that's without even knowing what else is going on... but I know things slow down a little while people are slamming her with PB orders and such... just make sure to keep tickets bumped like you usually would. =)

she probably has a lot of work to do to get things ready for all the looming updates as well. And I'm sure there's stuff to do regarding the end of the Olympics.

Keep your tickets bumped every other day or so. On top of everything else going on with the game, Nef has also been interviewing for jobs, so hasn't been around quite as much.

Still, there should be some way to offer game support...
I usually don't whine, but I have some issues latelly and I owe money to another player because of a mistake on my upgrade. Which makes me seem untrustworthy.... :(

that stinks... I remember when it took a really long time to get a box dye to another player and I felt like it was going to make me seem totally unreliable... it did finally come through and thank goodness I don't think the person thought I had done something wrong, but it was a bad feeling...

When it comes to upgrades, goodies and tokens, Nef is the only one with access to game accounts and to PayPal, so she is really the only one who can even look into those things.
