Upgrades, Tickets, & Can't Sign In?

Upgrades, Tickets, & Can't Sign In?

I paid for an upgrade May 1st, at 8:27 pm. So its been 48 hours. I've seen other topics regarding this issue, that says to send a ticket in. How do I send a ticket in? Went to Orbits World site, but can't log in. Says my login info is not correct. Is the login info for it the same for this?

I feel so stupid. xD

It's a whole different account from VHR, so make an account on Orbis Worlds and link your VHR account to it :)

I tired that as well, using the same email. Says I already have an account on Orbits World using that email. Request lost password doesn't seem to be working. Tells me "Unknown Database!".

well, for starters, 48 hours isn't actually that long for an upgrade... I KNOW that is what it says when you order one, but they are all done by hand by just one person, so if her life (and she has a 'real' job outside of the game as well as family and all that real life stuff that we try to ignore) gets hectic, it is VERY possible for an upgrade to take longer... we usually suggest waiting at LEAST three FULL business days (so you can't count the weekend) before posting a ticket... I wouldn't be surprised, if you ordered Sunday or Monday, if it came through tonight or tomorrow...

However, you really do need an Orbis account in case you do need to post a ticket now or for something in the future... hmm... not sure what to tell you about that part...

and you tried this= http://www.orbisworlds.com/forgotpass.php with changing the box to Orbis?

It took all three of my upgrades atleast 4 days! The first one didnt even take 24 hours but the second and third one was almost 4 days so i wouldnt freak out just yet! ;)

agreed, but I wouldn't be happy not having my Orbis account, hope that part can get sorted at least, in case it is needed in the end.
