well, for starters, 48 hours isn't actually that long for an upgrade... I KNOW that is what it says when you order one, but they are all done by hand by just one person, so if her life (and she has a 'real' job outside of the game as well as family and all that real life stuff that we try to ignore) gets hectic, it is VERY possible for an upgrade to take longer... we usually suggest waiting at LEAST three FULL business days (so you can't count the weekend) before posting a ticket... I wouldn't be surprised, if you ordered Sunday or Monday, if it came through tonight or tomorrow...
However, you really do need an Orbis account in case you do need to post a ticket now or for something in the future... hmm... not sure what to tell you about that part...
