Driving Makes horses Build Bigger?

I was looking at training types and so I could see what is Speed and Strength the fastest. And I saw that Driving adds to build, is this true? http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/help/popups/ttable.php

The short answer is yes, but only if you do it right (horse needs stats over 200, needs to be leveled in driving, THEN trained in driving, and then it is a slow process getting the horse slightly larger only and the foals slightly larger only...)

Only so much practicing has been done with this as well, so I can not tell you how MUCH larger the foals can eventually become, I CAN tell you that most breeds have a 'range' of builds possible for the breed and do as you will you can NOT go under or over that breeds possible builds (as far as I can tell). Some breeds seem able to come in quite a range of sizes... some only fall within the 'name range' of one build (ie very slender... although there are still different sizes within 'very slender', lol).

To the best of my knowelege we have still not found a way to make anyone slimmer over time using one method of training in the same manner... there are some people still playing with it though.
