Upgrades with tokens

Is it possible to upgrade someone else's account with tokens? If so, how? I looked around to see if there was a post about it and didn't find one, so I'm either blind or there isn't one. :D Thanks!

Unfortunately can't upgrade others accounts via tokens yet :( Can only dye other's horses with tokens :(
