so ah..broncs, eh?

alrighty...pretty sure this is the right section now. >.o

Well..I'm still trying to figure VHR out, for the past year, and then another 2 years beforehand..and I think I'm starting to finally get it. haha
But..for the bronc trials, if a horse has something like a 1.2 or .244 second time in bucking the rider off, is that equal to what they might get in the actual events?
here's the .244: http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/viewho ... se=1608282
here's the 1.2: http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/viewho ... se=2047034
I mean..I started going with a guide I found for the second one, and then switched back to what I did on another horse about a year or so ago..and the zebra I did with what I used a year ago..so I'm not really sure if I'm doing something right, or everything wrong. e.o
Any advice? *facepalm*

It's hard to tell what's going on... neither of your examples are fully trained (and Zebras do not get the breed bonus in Bronco at all, just so you know, they are "wild" type, not Feral and it isn't the same thing in events)... are you trying to train them off of a novice account? If you are that is your main problem as a novice can't really event train a horse, only tweak trained horses and roll trained horses.

I see...I knew I was doin' something wrong. e.e
Yeah..I attempted to train them on my novice account. ;-;
But yeah-I know..I accidently bought the zebra, so I thought I'd try it out anywho instead of completely waste the money.

lol, there is nothing wrong with trying them out in something that isn't where they get the main bonus, it just normally doesn't work out super well... I didn't want you to get a really well trained Zebra later and wonder why it didn't win against Feral breeds that weren't even trained as well. But yeah, I would find a Sponsor to do the initial training and then you will be able to tweak the stats as you event it. :D

For a while it was hard for novices to even event because of the bonuses, but novices can event now as long as the horse is properly trained... you could always run the Zebra in Gymkhana events also, they only need to be level 25 for Gym and it's random so your zebra will stand just as much chance as any other horse.
