West Nile Virus problem...

One of my best horses has West Nile Virus. I looked on the forum as to what to do, so I went and doubt a cure deed from the marketplace. However, when I went to my Inventory and clicked 'Use Item' the box that should have any horses that need to be cured; it's completely empty. So I don't know what to do. Can any one advise me on what to do? At the moment I can't take any 'turns' or I might spread the virus.

Are you sure the horse is in the Stable? Horses in the pasture don't appear in the menu.

What Khol said... and it will only spread to other horses that are in the stable, not ones in the pasture.

Thanks, but it's been sorted now . Someone very kindly cured her for me.

Just to add: Yes, the horse definitely was in the stable when I tried to use the cure on her.
