lifetime sponsor accounts

Hi,
I haven't played on VHR in about three years. I finally found all my old login information that I'd stored in an Excel file, and logged into a few of my accounts to see what's going on.

Over three years ago, I had quite a few sponsor accounts (and also used to buy sponsorships for others). Because I had purchased so many upgrades, three of my accounts were Lifetime Sponsors.

When I logged into one of those Lifetime Sponsor accounts yesterday, on the My Account Page, it said the account was a lifetime sponsor because of multiple upgrades. When I logged into it today, I now have an expiration date to my sponsorship.

Can someone please explain?

Lifetime accounts are no longer added game. They were offered years ago, and not anymore.

Definitely submit a ticket, you're not the only one looking for an answer to this question. I know mine and another players life time went poof also. So I'd imagine they all have.

Hey Shimmer! I'm considering playing again, although without the lifetime sponsor accounts I may not be able to. :/

Ok, so to make a ticket do I have to sign up for Orbis Worlds or... is there no way to open a ticket on VHR anymore?

Game, I originally earned the Lifetime Sponsor status because I'd upgraded accounts probably 20 times or so. There was never an option to buy one as far as I know, and they were only given out for a limited time.

Hawk, did yours just recently disappear or was it some time ago? That's discouraging that I'm not the only one, I hope Nef didn't decide to take them back after all this time.
