When i try to login to my account it says that my username or pasward is wrong but i know its not i tryed the forgotten pasward but it did not send it. what do i do?

You can try this password retrieval system:

The one in game doesn't work.

There has also been cases lately where, for some unknown reasons, the password has actually been deleted. So you can try logging in, but put no password in. If it works, then go to Management and reset your password

If none of that works, send in a support ticket into http://www.orbisworlds.com

I had this problem recently and it was a deleted password, it was sort of... strange... logging in by not typing a password, but it worked. lol.
