Are British Royal Mounts a breed that only certain people can get Foundations of? I was going to get one, but noticed they aren't on the foundation list when I went to. Just wondering .. so.. thank you to whoever replies.

Are British Royal Mounts a breed that only certain people can get Foundations of? I was going to get one, but noticed they aren't on the foundation list when I went to. Just wondering .. so.. thank you to whoever replies.

They were a Christmas breed a few years back. So they're not available.
