How do you create things?

How do you make things like bridles and bits and stuff? Do you have to buy a certain deed or can you just make it yourself if you have the things to make it?

You need to be a sponsor, first and foremost. If you're a sponsor, you hover over Management and click "Skills," and then scroll down to "Item Creation."
