info on and requirements for participating in your program: This program takes cheap "Crappy" horses off the market and either retires, releases, or chooses to re-train the horse and then adopt it out to a new player, or novice for free. (*sponsors/older players can adopt horses also but they need to pay a small adoption fee.)
