Mares purchased for Ashleigh Madison are most often bought as foals and then trained to meet Ashleigh Madisons High Breeding Standards. Broodmares which are already Trained are inspected for quality and breeding potential.

Non Draft: $50,000-$100,000
Grade Draft's: $100,000-$300,000
Non Pure Drafts (All Lines): $80,000-$400,000
Pure Drafts (non-Ashleigh Madison Line): $200,000-$600,000
Pure Drafts (Full Ashleigh Madison Line): $400,000-$800,000
All Broodleases are subject to player approval and Terms apply.
Broodlease Terms of Service:
1. All horses offered remain the property of Ashleigh Madison. Any correspondence is to be fielded through Main Ranch (#51915) Alll messaging through other ranches will be ignored/Deleted
2. Leaser must train horse once in teamwork before each turn for duration of lease. This excludes Conformation horses.
3. Ashleigh Madison assumes no responsibilty as to the outcome of the foal in regard to Stats/Gender/Colour etc. The prospective sire and service fee is the full responsibility of the Contractee. Requesting purchase or asking for a refund from Ashleigh Madison is not authorised.
4. A second lease may be offered at a discounted rate, if foal is to be released. WRITTEN CONSENT MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE SECOND/SUBSEQUENT CONTRACTS ARE REQUESTED
5. Mares leased to sponsor players with breeding skill recieve discounts up to 50% Mares sent will be administered a fertility shot, subsequent shots must be given by the contractee, after each foaling (every 0.5 years)
