The Seglawi And The Kehilan
"Somewhere in the inhospitable deserts of the Middle East, centuries ago, a breed of horse came into being that would influence the equine world beyond all imagination. In the sweet grass oasis along the Euphrates and Tigris Rivers in the countries that are now known as Syria, Iraq, and Iran, and in other parts of the Arabia peninsula, this hearty horse developed and would soon be known as the Arabian horse."

Here I focus on breeding the finest Arabians, horses that were seen as a gift from Allah, and was sacred and almost worshipped in Arabian Tribes for thousands of years.

The Seglawi was known for refinement and almost feminine elegance. This strain was more likely to be fast rather than have great endurance. Seglawi horses have fine bone, longer faces and necks than the Kehilan. The average height for a Seglawi would be 14.2 hands, the most common color Bay.

Each strain, when bred pure, developed characteristics that could be recognized and identified. The Kehilan strain was noted for depth of chest, masculine power and size. The average pure in strain Kehilan stood up to 15 hands. Their heads were short with broad foreheads and great width in the jowls. Most common colors were gray and chestnut.

I am now working on getting some flashy, unusual colours weaved into my stock,to further more increase the Arabians value.

I am a well known breeder, and am extremely fussy about stats. Horses WILL NOT be bred until stats are MAXED. NOT capped! I am also very fussy about a horses movement. I will not usually purchase a horse with anything less than "Extravagant Movement".Horses are not usually bred (Both stallions and mares) untill they have 205% SF, to produce foals with atleast 145% SF at birth. Also I find that in many training ranches, people with sport horses tend to ignore Intelegence. This is a big problem to me, and Intelegence in my Arabians, and Thoroughbreds will be pushed constantly. Thanks for visiting!

A Little About The Owner

If you have sold me a horse and have noticed it has not been trained yet-please dont be upset. I simply cannot be online as much as I used to be, but my horses will not be neglected. I hope to get some work done around here as soon as possible. Please understand!-Eternity

Hey my name is Paige, and welcome to one of the oldest ranches ever made on VHR, the 38th, to be exact.I live in Canada, near the big, beautiful city Vancouver. I dont have the pleasure of living on a ranch and keeping horses on my own property, being in the city. I work as a stable hand/groom. I am also an artist.

My favourite horses are Paints and Arabians, though Arabians mostly only for thier looks and thier fascinating history. In general I love Paints for thier beauty, intellegence, and conformation. Ive been playing this game for well over a year, ever since it was introduced to the internet, hence my free sponser. My first horse was given to me by Neff, a grey foundation Arabian stallion by the name of Osirus, who was a HUGE champion and sire to many horses before the downing and re building of the site. Ive seen this place change drastically, and all for the better. Im a very kind person and will be happy to help you if you are knew (or even if your not!). Some things I do not like, are cheaters, liars, contract breakers (even if verbal! ...or...typed..lol..) and people who still think a colour belonging to 250 horses is rare and advertise thier horses as being very rare. I also dont like people who breed solely for colour, often ruining someones gift or a colour they bought with thier own money and is now "worthless". Please dont message me telling me that just becuase a horse doesnt have the desired colour they are worthless and Im wrong, becuase I, personally, am big on colours and they are worthless to *me* if they have an overgrown colour and shitty stats becuase they've been bred only for money. (Awfully long run on sentence there but hey).

Anyways thats a little about me, and below is a picture. Thanks for your time!
