This is to keep those who stripmine ranches that keep good horses prices low for novices that go back and sell them for triple the price to those who dont know better. i occasionally will do stat maxxing when i have the time but theres a waiting list. not a long one but im only doing one maybe two horses at a time. when these horses get sold then ill start back up. it all depends on how much time i have to take care of these things. so if i say no dont get mad, i have other obligations.
