Hello, my name is Katie (if you didn't already know that)

I am currently only breeding the following breeds: Chincoteague's, American Warmbloods, American Quarter horses, Thoroughbreds, Standardbreds, Appendix Quarter horses, Paints, Arabian breeds, And occasionally ill have National Show Horses .I am going to start doing pony breeds. 1/28/05- I am no longer breeding more than one breed. I have decided to only breed the breed Thoroughbreds. I will only breed them in RACING. If they do not win they will be retired and or sold.

I no longer make Crafted items such as (Brindles, Saddles, Bits, Spurs, Whips, Trophy's, Harnesses, Dyes etc.) I can Vaccinate, Cure and give Methanphetamines to any horses. As I am not over 70 percent in Vet skills the horse will have to be sent to me to get the items listed above.

Thoroughbred horses are one of the fastest breeds; the most athletic yet they lack intelligence. Their specialty is 6-12 furlong races, in which they can use their quickness and bit of endurance to excel on the racetrack. Their abilities are quite versatile. Their first bloodlines consisted of English light horses bred with light Stallions brought over from the Middle East.

e at Sundance manor we strive to breed the best of the best Horses. At Sundance Manor we currently have a Stable of not only quality but also quantity. I believe that every Horse should be taken care of just like any other Horse. I think that all Hybrids should be released also think if you Horse who has extremely low stats even for the breed stallion, color or rarity it should still be released. All Horses on this game just because the best trainer on the game trained them does not always turn out so hot. Each Horse has its own abilities so are not ever reached. . .

Yes I train Publicly, ii train every breed I roll stats, I usually roll stats the most on racing careers. I roll stats madly for extra amount (ill roll 2 stats with permission for you think owner for 5k 5,000) apiece. 2/2/05- I have changed my training prices! I have rounded off the price to 12,000 each level.

My Training Rules-

Yes I have rules. There aren't that many so don't worry. You must follow them . Must read the rules below:theses are added on to the trainng price!!!!

MUST not have surefootedness lower than 120% (without shoes) or if so it is an extra 7k (7,000)
MUST be a Racing, Jumping, Dressage , polo, Gaited, Endurance, Halter, Bronco, Western NO Driving.
MUST NOT have any stats under Fairly Good or if so its an extra 10k (10,000) per stat that is
CANNOT be over the age of 4 and not trained, if so that is and extra 10k (10,000)
MUST be a lease deed only
If you don't read these rules and i get your horse it will be sent back without a refund! im not going to waste my time!

Specialty Training-

if your horse has an extremely low stat for the breed it will be difficult for me to train them. Please don't send me low stated horses.

Discounts- I will only give discounts if you offer me a rare colored horse or if you horse is half way done training wise.

Training Deal

I do not give out Training Deals very often, so take them while you can. One the training deals is 1.Free CFG foal (the foal has to be a Thoroughbred or a Thoroughbred cross) 2. If it is halfway done (training wise)
