This ranch is dedicated to sales only. I do 99% of my sales here..occasioanlly I will put horses in auction from my other ranches, but straight up market sales generally happen here.
Horses
All horses in this account are for sale, even if not listed as such. (most likely due to my laziness) So if you see horses here that are not listed for sale, feel free to bid on it. Not sure what to bid? Look for comparable horses and see what I have them listed for, then bid according to that.
Acceptable bids
Occasionally I will want to clear out stock and will post that I want you to bid low so I can clear out, however this does not happen on a regular basis. So having said that, in normal cases (ie: 99% of the time) I will consider bids of 50%+ of the marked price. I may or may not take it, but bids lower then that will be deleted/ignored. I feel that I price my horses more then fairly, so bids lower then 50% are insulting. Please note none of this applies to horses that say no bids in their notes..if it says no bids..then I mean it. Thank you.
