News Box!: Mar/28/04: Well since most of the horses I planned to work with upon my return, along with some old favorites, have been deleted from the game, I won't be returning. Lots of playcash and time went into breeding the best Shires I could, that also had unique colors, and I do not have the cash or want to start over. I won't be renewing my sponsor, so.. later all.

Here at Midnight Acres, I'm currently focusing my time on bettering my skills, training up various studs, and training up a select few mares to be brooders. My sights are primarily on Friesians... though I do have plans to breed Shires, Fells, and more Dales Ponies. I've also bred Swedish Warmbloods, Lippizaners, Spanish Normans, Canadians, Murgese, and Clydesdales.
My goal is to breed and train some of the best Friesians, stats wise, as well as offer inexpensive Training Options and Cheap Item Crafting to the players of VHR. Horses bred from here bear the APC brand; APC being my initials and not some mystery name for my ranches ^_^.
I am trained in these four options: Horsemanship(100%), Sport Training(100%), Driving Training(100%), and English Training(100%).

Accomplishments:

  • Midnight Acres has created the first Friesian Club, Fabulous Friesians, for fellow Friesian lovers and their lovely black horses. Aug/04: But since the data reset, all the members were lost, and I decided it best to delete the club. :<

  • The first two Dales Pony Stallions, Pippin, and his brother, Pili, were bred by myself. My success for these nicely statted Stallies, and their sisters, are thanks to my Welsh Pony, Blazing Goodness and Charming Admiration.
    I plan to do this again with different parents, to add more variety to the Dales Pony bloodlines. I've yet to find a decent Welsh Pony and a new Connemara stud, though. If you're reading this, and wish to offer me a mare, with good stats(nothing under good, with a Supurb, EG, etc..), I'll buy. :D

  • My first Friesian filly, with excellent stats: Larkspur, born from Takhisis, and Prince of Europe. Her stats are: Str: Fan, Int: Fan, Sp: EG, En: EG.

  • Takhisis II and Classic gave me this lovely guy, Karraja. A double Fantastic Friesian colt... and one I've been striving for with my first attempts at getting Friesians out of Lippis and Sweeds ^^.

    Happiness:

    My pride and joy of my Friesian herd is Anarchy, a stallion with nice stats who has contributed alot to both mine and others' ranches. He's one of the best trained Friesian studs(credit going to Hound) and reigned in the driving events for a good while. Unfortunately, at 17 years of age, I'm looking to retire him soon and letting his sons take over in his place.
    I've managed to get somemore colts, but the first born to Midnight Acres is Testament, son of my foundation Friesian mare, Griffin, and a nice stud called Desert Hero. Testa's stats are both superior and poorer then Anarchy's, and he is now availible for stud.
    The second is Grissom, son of Takhisis, and Prince of Europe.
    The third is an unnamed Friesian colt from Takhisis and Kiss me Kate, and the fourth is Anarchy's only son in my possession, Haldir. Thanks to his dam, Glider's owner, I was able to get a great colt to continue on Anarchy's Legacy. Thanks Ironhorse!

    Takhisis started out as a Su/Su/Fan/Fan horse when I bought her, and turned out to be a great jumper, reigning in many events with these end results: 161 events: (W-82/P-24/S-25). Net Earnings: $1465250. Score: 36246.
    Unfortunately, on March 7, Takhisis went into retirement. I shall miss her. However, not only did she prove to be the most successful horse I trained, she left me many great foals. One in particular, Takhisis II, will carry on her mother's legacy, and hopefully have a successful jumping career.
