Indie Pendent Farms has been on VHR since 2004. In my time on VHR I have bred everything from Thoroughbreds to Morgans. I've also purchased several custom colors in my time here, and so far, seven custom breeds!
The Montego Horse
When I rejoined VHR I was taken immediately by the idea of the personal breed. I saved up some money and immediately purchased my first personal breed when I could afford it, the Montego Horse, a stock breed who excels at western speed events.
The Chicago Sport Horse
My second personal breed, the Chicago Sport Horse represents my love of Chicago and especially of the Chicago Cubs. They are a sport breed which I hope will do well in hunters! They are named with a baseball theme and have some fun colors.
The Bound for Gold Warmblood
I bought a new horse in March 2011 and had to immortalize him in VHR. Bound for Gold, aka Patrick, is an American Warmblood so I decided to buy a warmblood breed even though I have no clue what to do with them. The breed ONLY comes in shades of chestnut!
The Hobby Horse
I have wanted to buy this horse since I first bought the Montegos, so summer 2011 I decided to do it. They are a stock breed designed for reining. I love them :)
The Short Stop Stock Horse
A stock breed, this breed is dedicated to my love of baseball and my favorite position: the short stop! Small and speedy, these horses excel in events such as keyhole, barrels, and penning.
