Misty Farms' History:
Founded in September of 2002, Misty Farms is among the oldest ranches on VHR. There are only a handful of other ranches that have been around for a longer amount of time. Initially, Misty Farms was to specialize in improving Mustangs, but has since broadened its' horizons to include many other breeds. Misty Farms has always been a small ranch, keeping to itself, but soon, that's about to change.

The Present:
Unlike many ranches, Misty Farms doesn't specialize in one particular breed. Instead, they try to have a wide selection of horses in order to have something else to dabble in if one project gets boring. A small list of horses being bred here are: Arabians, American Quarter Horses, Paints, Appaloosas, Ponys of the Americas, Lippizaners, Racking Horses, Mustangs, and many more. As it stands now, Misty Farms has numerous five and ten million dollar winners, and currently trains some of the top Western Pleasure horses.

The Future:
What the future holds, is impossible to tell. However, it can be sure that Misty Farms is here to stay. The ranch has withstood The Great Reset of December 2002-January 2003, The Great Delete of 2005, where many people's horses were deleted, Misty Farms' included, and the Great Layout Change of June 2007. Whatever challenges come, Misty Farms is bound and determined to sit it through and continue to provide quality horses.
