I collect rare, odd, and/or awesome colours and breed them into Kiger Mustangs. I'm not all that into horses in meatspace (they're pretty okay critters, I just don't know them very well), but Dreamworks' Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron is one of my favourite films, I really like how deep VHR plays, and I like to hoard things.
If it has one of the various SLD brands, it's probably not purebred. I actually have a lot of fun with crazy crossbreedings to get the colours into my Kigers, so, no, it's not a priority. :}
My other major project is breeding... erm... QUALITY crap-breeds. By which, of course, I mean letting those crap stats shine in conformation. That and the idea of best-in-show competitions having Grade D horses amuses the heck out of me.
