Contact/Transaction Guide
Tips:
  1. Don't expect an instant reply. Be patient.
  2. Don't send a generic, uninformative, painful to read message like: can u shoe my horse???? Tell me exactly what you want, how many horses you need it for, and any relevant information about the horse, such as when a mare's foal is due, etc.
  3. Being polite will make the transaction much more pleasant for both of us.
  4. If you would like the deeds for a service instead of using the leasing method, message (Method 2 below) and state exactly how many deeds you want, and what type (there is more than one type of shoe, don't just ask for a shoe deed, state which one). I will then up the deeds in the market for the price listed above, and it will be up to you to weed through the many pages on the market until you find the properly priced ones. The Find command on your browser is useful in that situation.

About the Ranch
The ranch name is taken from my current novel-in-progress. Corr is a mountain province within the country of Sahreom. The ruling duke's family color is a brilliant blue, a color so distinct and unique that it is called "Corrian blue."

As for my ranch, I started out with thoroughbreds, then tried my hand at Arabians and crossbreeding. But now I've pretty much settled on breeding quality Descendent of Man o War horses, though I still have some Arabians and Thoroughbreds. My two most recent projects involved 1) breeding birthcap or above birthcap Descendent of Man o War horses with the color Champagne 2) "importing" one of my favorite colors Bright Copper from my thoroughbred horses. I have very successfully introduced the color into my Descendent of Man o War stock. At the moment, there is only one DoMoW horse other than my own with the Bright Copper color.

I've been experimenting and changing my naming and branding methods over time to find what works best for me and at the moment, here are the branding methods:

All birthcap or above birthcap horses bred on my ranch that are for sale will have "of Corr" at the end of their name. All earlier horses, including my very first, were named with "of Corr", so check whether or not the horse is a member of The Corrian Birthcap Registry, which is the club all my birthcap and above birthcap horses join. You can find my horses for sale on the account: Serrah Sihneh

All horses that are birthcap or above birthcap that I plan to keep for my own personal breeding purposes or stud purposes will be named beginning with the brand [Corr]. There are earlier exceptions to the rule, this is a newer development.

All horses that were born with at least one stat below birthcap will be named with "of Sehtra" at the end of their name. This includes horses with one stat above birthcap, and one stat below birthcap. The ones I'm willing to sell will be on the account: Serrah Sihneh .

About Me
I'm a twenty-three year old who is currently pursuing her teacher's certification in English.

Writing is my true passion, however. I am an aspiring fantasy genre novelist, and a great many of my works in progress deal with horses. I've never had a chance to be around them, but I hope I get the chance some day, and I look forward to learning from those who have been around them.

I was diagnosed in November of 2007 with a neurological disorder known as Intracranial Hypertension. This disorder almost took my sight, and I had to have an emergency shunt surgery on my lower spine in an attempt to save it. Fortunately, I have regained the majority of my sight with the exception of several blind spots and some color perception deficits. An estimated 20% of my optic nerve fibers have been destroyed and will not regenerate.

If you'd like to know more about IH and how it affects myself and others, please check out the IH research foundation site http://www.ihrfoundation.org/ It's estimated that 1 in every 100,000 people in the US suffer from this disorder, yet despite the thousands of people it affects, it receives little attention in the media and medical community. Please help us spread IH awareness so that we can gather the resources necessary for research and finding a cure.
