studs have no strings attached.

****BROOD RULES****

brood fee is as listed in table, plus stud fee (yours, mine, or on market)
Mare will be leased to my main ranch (which includes breeding skills and player bonuses that improve foal stats).
when foal is born it will be vaccinated and its link will be sent and you can bid 0.
if foal is not claimed in 24 hours, it will be forfeited.
mares can be breed till age 25.
