Gaining Access to an old account

I have an old acct, that I am not able to access. I have since moved to another province and no longer use the same email address. i do not remember my password or user name. I see it is still active. I have another ranch now and have become a sponser. but feel bad that my old horse are sitting there. Is there any way to get that acct back?
