Is anyone having log in problems with new accounts?

Have a technical question you can't find the answer to in FAQ's? Ask it here. Game problem questions that do NOT pertain to things like training advice, what would my horse do well in, how much is it worth.

Is anyone having log in problems with new accounts?

Last week I created a new novice account and I have never been able to log into it. So today I created a new one and logged in. So I thought ok just buggy. I logged into my new account a few minutes later and upgraded it to a sponser. Now I cannot log into the newest account at all either. It just sends me to the "forgot your password? page. I have not forgotten my password. I am looking at it right now. All of my other accounts work fine, only these two new ones don't let me log in. Is anyone else having this problem? I have sent a ticket in to support but I don't know when I'll get an answer, it has been 17 days without a response for my last one. I am not happy about this since I just sent in 30 bucks. *sigh*

I've heard of others with this problem . . .

I do know that one of the Ops at least knows about it . . .

Can't help other than that sorry :(

Ahh great, I should have upgraded an existing account. I've got no idea how much of my new sponser will be wasted while waiting for this to be figured out/fixed. It must have something to do with daylight savings time. The only question I was asked from support so far was, if I had the date/time on my computer set correctly.

I would contact an Op and ask them to check on the ticket for you. Have you tried simply refreshing the page once you put in your name and password? Someone was having similar trouble I think and that was the solution.

Ahhh good idea so I just went and tried refreshing. :( no luck. I am waiting for the next response on my ticket right now. I can view the account from Orbis Worlds and it is upgraded already so that was fast! Only I still can't access it *sigh*
