What Does THis Mean ???

I just got a horse at the action house and it said this -

"23You do not have the cash to buy this horse!"

PLEASE HELP

Everyone's been getting that. The auction houses are broken and you won't get the money for any horses you sell through them.

I keep urging everyone to e-mail Nef; try that and see if you get reply. I personally don't use the auction houses but am alarmed by the ridiculous number of bugs happening there.

I hope you get everything sorted out :D
