Logging into Orbis Worlds?

I can log into Orbis Worlds, but when i try to get help it returns me to the help screen. My account hasn't been upgraded for two days, i know i'm probably being picky, but it's not like i have free reign on my paypal account and i want to know my money hasn't just disappeared... Can anyone help?

They don't normally get upgraded at the weekend.
