Hi there, I've been trying to get a hold of Nefertete as well as Orbis Games about my subscription purchase - my account is not updated and I purchased the one-year subscription two days ago. Nobody is answering my e-mails. :(

I really like the site and would just really like to get upgraded. Does anyone know if Nefertete is just really busy?

Has anyone else had this problem?
