Upgrade taking longer than 48 hours?

Hey guys, so I upgraded my old ranch again, but it's been about 4-5 days & it is still a novice account. I was just wondering if this is normal? It didn't take this long for my other ranch to be updated, but I know each one can vary timewise.

Anything over about 3 days, we suggest putting a ticket in through Orbis Worlds and include the transaction ID. It's usually faster if you buy tokens, which are automatic, and then use tokens to upgrade accounts, also automatic.

You would have been emailed a receipt. You'll find the transaction ID on that
