I hope this is the right section? I haven't been on for awhile, and my accound expired, so I bought a new one last week through paypal. It hasn't been upgraded yet, and I did receive the confirmation email from paypal.

Sometimes it takes a while for upgrades to come in. Nef's been really busy with the updates and such. You can put a ticket into OW and keep bumping it until a Op escalates it, then Nef should see it and get to upgrading your account.
For future reference, if you buy tokens, you can do your upgrade instantly
