Temperament/Quirk Question

I would like to know the best temperament and the work that works the best for the following disciplines; Driving, 3DE, Jumping. Possibly Foxhunting too.

Somewhat tempered works really well for 3DE and jumping, also Ive heard spiritted TBs work the best for Fox Hunting.
But you do see very docile eventers too in all of those disciplines. Im not sure how much does personality really matter, as it effects
how hyper or mellow can the horse become.
Ive experienced that quirk, height and build effect more along with training, than bare personality.

Id check the top eventers sticky thread under showcase and brag for highest winning horses. They got height, build,personality, quirk and training visible.
