Almost the same way as you level a sponsor

You can roll successfully as a novice

I also highly recommend running 4 horses in every single Gymkhana event. It'll earn tonnes of moolah, and help level quickly

The best eventing ones tend to be training ones to give your horses boost in stats.

I would suggest:
Tenacious Trainer (a base bonus)
Longevity (extra turns)
Grace and Glory (boosts SF and MM to that extra .5something)
Fit and Fearless (boosts Endy to that extra .5something)
Your choice of breed type bonus (level 30 bonuses)

You don't need Grace and Glory or Fit and Fearless . . . you could do two other breed type bonuses (to get that extra random training points)
