How long does it take for your upgrade to process?

How long does it take for your upgrade to process?

Kay so i bought an upgrade last night and its been over 24 hours.. Im just wondering how long this is gonna take...

atleast 3 business days before you should start to be concerned... It almost definitely won't be upgraded until at least Monday. It's not going to happen over the weekend, for sure. If Thursday rolls around and it still hasn't come through, you can send in a ticket ;)

1-3 business days - All PayPal transactions are done by hand ;)

So (if my calculations are correct), if your upgrade isn't in by Wednesday, submit a ticket to OW with the transaction ID, and we'll have it hunted down asap

Put it this way, typically PayPal is done on Mondays ;) However if there's a huge influx of orders, or something distracts Nef before she finishes PayPal, that's why we state the 1-3 business day range :)
