Novice Rolling?

I heard somewhere that novices can roll. Is this true, and if so, how in the heck do I do it???? A detailed guide would be appreciated. :D

Yes, Novices can roll. I read http://vhrguide.silvermyst.co.uk/rolling.html when I started to learn.
