Wrong WPS

Postby ThisMissJockey » Sat Oct 23, 2010 4:32 pm

I don't know if I am blind or cannot count but I was looking over this horse and found an inconsistency in his show report. It says that he has been in 10 events with 3 wins, 5 places, and no shows so I went to his event history to look at the 2 events that he did not place in. I can only find one event that he did not place and that was 5th, I also only count 9 events that have run. Am I missing something??

That's what it says for me, too. Do trail events or events that you pull a horse out of count for totals? Or maybe an event counted twice as a glitch?

Events do not stay around forever. Could it be that the horse was in those events more than a say 3 or so months ago?

Did you maybe enter it, then remove it from a couple events?

Sorry again but no I did not, typically I do not think I would be able to remember but there is a limited amount of keyhole events and he was a very good competitor. I had no reason to remove him from any events.

Okay whats even worse, I got to thinking and checked the horses listed below. They are all Keyhole horses that I have trained and evented this last week - and they all have one show missing.

http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/viewho ... se=1908644 - I count 30 events run
http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/viewho ... se=2034138 - I count 9 events run

I counted the rest of my horses and they seem to be correct. Possible glitch with Keyhole?

Noticed the same thing, I actually noticed this going on about a few months ago.. but it was like ONCE. I thought I was going crazy so I didn't say anything.. but it happened again.. now I want to check all my eventers. o_o

<Rhyme> I think.. there may be a bug
<Alabama> Smash it!
<Rhyme> http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/viewho ... se=2089954 it says there's 5 3rd's but I counted in it's events
<Rhyme> and there's actually 6 thirds
<Alabama> Yeah, there's a bug report about it on the forums
<Alabama> Do you know what event it's actually missing?
<Rhyme> Uhm the one I just ran
<Rhyme> http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/events ... ent=513455
<Alabama> If you could put that down here viewtopic.php?f=15&t=149878 I'll have something to show Nef

Nef looked at this and couldn't see the problem. She thinks it may be events that are maybe run too quickly or tried to run twice. Next time you notice, if you could please not enter the horse in any more events. My horse straightened itself out after the next few events.
