Unable to enter?

I noticed today while checking on my event, that it claims I can not enter any more horses. I actually don't have any horses in the event, so I was unsure as to how that works?

Do you have an under 9 horse in your stable?

Eh, I see... is that warning new? I probably should've tested that out before-hand, but I wasn't actually trying to enter a horse I just noticed it. I thought before it used to say "You have no eligable horse for this event".

I think it did too. When Nef was doing the teams, I've noticed some of the wording has changed.
