Horse Into Thin Air?

I was just looking at my Certisino horses, and found I am missing a mare. I then looked onto the marketplace to see that the mare I trained has vanished. The sucky thing is, I can't even remember her name. She was rolled to 16.9 years old, and was a foundation. She was trained on my account without show bonuses, and then rolled on my account with rolling bonuses. I know I didn't release her, because you have a warning that comes up first 'are you sure you want to retire your horse'. I am also positive that I didn't over roll her, because I stop at 16 years old, and roll by hand until 16.9. I doubt there is anything I can do?
