Another Sponsership Question!

Ok right so at the moment my energy is 10% because I've been taking lessons. How do I get my energy back up to 100%?
I always have horses for bid and sale! Please visit my ranch!

Take a turn. But check what horses are in the stable because taking a turn ages any horses in the stable.
