I know this has been asked before, but I don't know if it has changed.

Can you still reset disciplines with driving training? And if so, how do you lower them a few so as to avoid this?

You cant reset disiplines by any chance, they changed it. Incase you WANT to lower the disiplines, you train Arena: Enrage (attitude, bronco).
I am no longer able to play the game due to real life commitments. I would like to thank all my friends for the past 11 years on VHR. xx
