I can't get on my VHR profile! :(

So, I started yesterday and I know my user name (Police&Theives) and my password! But it wont let me onto my account. Every time I go on "forgot password" and type in what I need to type in it tells me that 'the information is not correct' but I know it is!
I don't understaaaaand
Please help me? I'm lost

Also, did you spell everything correctly? I've done this a time or two on other sites for usernames and didn't realize it.
