She has been really busy, make sure you are responding on them every couple days or so and keeping them near the top.

I don't mean to steal your thread, but I'm having the same issue.

I have one ticket that has been waiting 159 days with no response.

white_horse_lover, you need to keep escalated tickets bumped regularly - every 1-2 days. Otherwise it will (as you've found out) get lost and forgotten.

The tickets will be seen to when Nef has the chance. Bama has already said she's busy, so I'm afraid you guys will just need to be patient for the time being.
