Tack :/

I made some tack to put on my horse, and I clicked View Tack for this horse, and it said I didn't have any available bit, bridles, etc. Why is this? I cannot put it on the horse another way... can I?

Make sure the horse is not in the halter discipline

Oh, it's for showmanship. So if it is halter you cannot have any tack at all?

The only tack a Halter horse needs is a Bridle, Bit and Whip. So those should be the only options

That's what I thought, but even with those in my inventory it won't let me put it on the horse...
