Falling Stats?

One of the horses I had, Andromeda, had these stats:

Movement: 225.562%
Endurance: 209.52

I trained her in Arena: Jumping which raised her Strength, Intelligence, but it said that it made her Endurance go down by 0.001. Then I tried the Arena: Dressage, and then Arena: Western. When I checked her stats again, they fell to:

Movement: 225%
Endurance: 209

How can I raise them again, and how did they get so high in the first place?

Was she trained on a ranch with 'Grace and Glory' and 'Fit and Fearless' bonuses and then was she moved to a ranch without them? When you do that and take a turn the extra stats (that .562% and .52 at the end of them) go away. Those bonuses give a .25% stat increase, but only to horses on ranches with the bonus.

Also, if you change shoes with deeds instead of on the farrier skill page it resets the surefoot/movement bonuses.
