Bonus Question

Bonus Question

If you get rid of the prerequisite bonus does it cancel out the others? For example if have Tenacious Trainer and Longevity, if I get rid of Tenacious Trainer, will Longevity still work?

No, it won't work. You must have the prerequisite.
