Monstering?

I was gone for a little while and now, browsing the auctions there are monstered horses for sale. I was just curious what this was as opposed to rolling?

I think "monstering" is like stat capping. Where the person gets ALL stats red lettered. I am not sure though.

Monstering is the processing of implanting horns and wings onto horses . . . joking xD Couldn't resist xP

Monstering is just stat capping all stats on the horse So until the point where the stats are so high they don't raise with training any more
