Studs: Fruitful and Fertile

I have a question about the bonus for Super Studs Fruitful and Fertile. If I roll the horse to age 24 and place him on my stud ranch for the public to use. The stud is still breedable for the public, correct? Or does it ONLY work for myself when I breed him on my ranch with the bonus?

The ranch the stud is on must have the bonus for anyone to be able to use him.
