Foundy Pairs

So, if you buy a foundy pair, what are their stats like? Do they have BC stats or low stats, or high stats? I am thinking about buying a pair, but I'm not sure yet. Any help or things to consider when buying foundies?

They almost never have BC stats. Usually their stats are pretty low and it takes a couple generations or more, depending on the breed, to reach BC
