How do you get the foal out of your mare?

How do you get the foal out of your mare?

Ok so I bred with two of my mares, it says they are still pregnant. I accidentally went over their due dates by like two or three days. How do I deliver the foals?

They have to be in the stable to age and deliver.

Also, they usually deliver (unless you have bonuses) a couple of days after they were due.
