Upgrade Help

I upgraded my account on Saturday November 7th (later in the evening) and I know it says that it takes 1-24 hours for the upgrade to take effect, and since I upgraded at night I waited a little longer. However my account is still novice. I've upgraded my account several times before and it's never taken more then 24 hours, are they having problems upgrading accounts, or is something else going on?

Upgrades aren't done on weekends.

The bit that says it takes 1-24 hours is a typo Please allow 1-3 business days (not counting weekends) for the upgrade to come through. This is because its all done by hand, and takes time

If after that time period it still hasn't come in, send a support ticket into http://www.orbisworlds.com with the transaction ID and we'll be able to find it directly

Ah, that makes sense then. Might be then they should add that to the part there it says it doesn't take longer than 24 hours lol. I've been playing VHR for over 6 years but I guess I never noticed that.

kwiedman, private breeds take a lot longer to code in than goodie dyes and sponsers. Thus why they tend to take longer Nef does compensate for long waits though

Haha I know and I was very pleased with the results I just found it odd how my first one took nearly a month, and my other one took 24 hours.
