Weighted shoes will boost movement 5 or 10 (don't remember which), I don't believe that it appears in the horse's stats as having gone up, but when you switch them to something else it will drop movement down to 205 or 210. Corrective shoes will do the same thing, boosting the surefoot with no apparent effect then drop it below the cap if you switch the shoes to something else. Protective shoes do the same, I'd assume.
Sorry, I never actually noticed they were called "Weighted shoes", due to my laziness and idiocy, I didn't check. So it doesn't make a difference, then? That's sort of interesting because in dressage, it appears to boost the movement a little bit?
I dun think so; but to be honest I'd never dream on testing the theory out XD
I use weighted shoes for dressage and my horses do the same as with draft.I can post links if anyone would like to see
I sort of stole your idea, combining with a little accident of my own
